Business Understanding 1.'Generating New leads for the Business for electricals specially Transformer Industry 2.Making Proposals, Quotations for distributors and negotiation. 3.Competitors and market analysis, brand awareness. 4.Undertake Market Research activities to identify target market, product opportunities. 5Technical presentations to the customers/Contractors/consultants. 6.Periodic Cash estimation / MIS 7Target revenue generation for existing & new products including lead generation & end-to-end client management. 8.Track new business opportunities and carry out business intelligence research. 9. 1. Key Responsibilities- 1. Clinical Leadership Lead and oversee all medical and clinical services within the industrial hospital. Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to the needs of industrial workers. Supervise clinical departments including emergency care, occupational medicine, preventive care, and rehabilitation. 2. Occupational Health & Safety Design, implement, and monitor occupational health programs in compliance with local regulations (e.g., Factory Act, OSHA). Evaluate and mitigate health risks associated with workplace exposure (chemical, physical, ergonomic). Collaborate with safety and HR departments to manage employee wellness programs, return-to-work plans, and health surveillance. 3. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with healthcare, labor, and workplace safety regulations and standards. Prepare for audits and inspections by regulatory bodies (e.g., Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, NABH). Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in line with legal requirements. 4. Emergency Response & Preparedness Lead the hospitals emergency preparedness planning, especially for industrial accidents or mass casualty incidents. Oversee training programs in first aid, BLS/ACLS, and emergency evacuation procedures for medical and plant personnel. 5. Preventive & Curative Care 6. Employee Health Education & Wellness . 7. Medical Staff Management 8. Stakeholder Coordination Act as the chief liaison between hospital management, plant leadership, HR, and external medical agencies. Represent the hospital in safety committee meetings and contribute to workplace health policy formation. Preferred candidate profile 1.MD/MS qualified candidate will be an edge for the position 2.He will work as CMO for the 30 Bed hospital with support of 2-3 MBBS doctors in the company campus.
