Job Description:

Sales Strategy and planning : Develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the regional sales targets Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities Collaborate with senior management to align regional sales objectives with company goals.
Market Development :Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region Conduct market research to understand regional dynamics Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences Sales Execution: Oversee the execution of sales plans and promotional activities within the region.
Monitor the sales performance to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
Channel Sales : Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration goals Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers and stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Team Management : Recruit, Train and manage a team of sales representatives within the region Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and support Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages team success Budget and Resource Management .
Manage the regional sales budget and allocate resources effectively Ensure compliance within the company policies and procedures related to sales activities and financial management.
