Job Description:

Coordinate and develop Department level weekly and monthly reports
Track budget utilization
Project tracking within AEPG for defined platform and VA/VE initiatives
Skill matrix update and coordinate for specific training requirements
Coordinate initiatives for SME creation for sub systems
Coordinate with CFT to improve robustness in NPD process
Monitoring progress on secondary initiatives of AEPG team
Take initiative to update / create engineering standards with platform leaders and SME
Track actions from design reviews till closure
Update and maintain TGR/TGW directory
Coordinate with platform leaders to secure necessary engineering resources for project execution
Monitor resource utilization and provide forecasts for future project need
