Job Description

Key responsibilities include: Report Development : Develop, optimize, and maintain reports in Power BI and Paginated Report Builder . SSRS Report Migration : Migrate existing SSRS reports to Power BI , ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition. Data Modeling : Design and implement data models to improve reporting performance and ensure reports meet user requirements. SQL Scripting : Write advanced SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting purposes. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful reporting solutions. Power BI Enhancements : Utilize Power Query to enhance reports with additional functionalities and perform data transformation tasks. Best Practices : Follow SDLC and development best practices , ensuring code quality and efficient processes. Mandatory Skills : Power BI (Cloud SaaS), Paginated Report Builder , Power Query , and Data Modeling . Strong SQL scripting for data manipulation and querying. R and Python Programming for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in SSRS and Power BI (On-prem) . Experience with SSAS for multi-dimensional analysis. Good to Have : Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate for enhanced reporting and automation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
