Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI, SSRS & ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, SSRS, SQL Server, and ServiceNow reporting, along with solid data modeling and analytical skills.

3. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI and ServiceNow reporting solutions.

4. Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

5. Develop and maintain DAX expressions, Power Query (M language), and SQL queries.

6. Troubleshoot BI and ServiceNow reporting issues and manage enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration and workflow improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server development. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Reporting, including dashboards, PA indicators, and scorecards.

2. Strong proficiency in SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.

3. Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and BI architecture.

4. Experience with DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service publishing. Ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.

5. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

6. Good to Have Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA). Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or cloud-based BI tools.

7. Exposure to SSIS or other ETL platforms. Understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS) and advanced BI best practices.

Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
