Job Description: Yoda Tech Pte. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Power BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. Your expertise in data visualization, business intelligence, and passion for translating data into actionable insights will be key in driving data-driven decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. - Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions. - Create data models and perform data transformations for efficient reporting and analysis. - Develop DAX queries and Power Query M scripts for complex calculations and data manipulations. - Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, etc.). - Ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability of Power BI reports and dashboards. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users. - Optimize data models and reports for improved performance and usability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices. Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of experience in Power BI development. - Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query. - Experience with data integration and transforming data from various sources like SQL Server, Excel, and cloud-based systems. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Proficient in SQL for querying databases and data extraction. - Experience in building data models, creating measures, and implementing security features in Power BI. - Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Additional experience with other BI tools or data visualization platforms like Tableau, QlikView is a plus.
