Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing advanced Power BI reports, performing data modeling, and integrating data from various sources. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality analytics solutions .

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients to analyze and document data needs.
Design and implement efficient, scalable data models using Power BI.
Develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards with complex visualizations.
Apply interactive and responsive UI/UX design principles in report development.
Use advanced DAX formulas for complex calculations and data transformations.
Integrate external data sources seamlessly into Power BI reports.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and report maintenance.
Lead and mentor junior developers within the team.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

3-6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Pharma domain experience is a plus.
