Roles and Responsibilities: Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Translate business requirements into robust, scalable architecture designs. Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and design sessions. Ensure best practices in governance, security, performance, and integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. Guide the development team in solution implementation and deployment. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs. Stay updated with the latest platform updates and provide strategic recommendations. Experience Requirements: 9-12 years of experience in software development with at least 4+ years on Power Platform. Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. Strong understanding of integration methods - REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors. Familiarity with governance, security roles, data policies, and environment management. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for Power Platform is a plus. Solid experience with solution architecture, component reusability, and enterprise scaling. Microsoft certifications on Power Platform or Solution Architecture preferred. Education: Any Graduation.
