Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Power Apps , Power Automate

Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our automation team. The

ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building workflows

using Microsoft Power Automate, and a solid understanding of end-to-end

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts. You will be responsible for

designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions that

streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud

and Desktop flows).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and

identify automation opportunities.

• Implement end-to-end RPA solutions, including process discovery, design,

development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft services (SharePoint,

Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.) and third-party APIs.

• Monitor and maintain existing flows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize

performance.

• Ensure automation solutions follow best practices for security, scalability,

and maintainability.

• Document technical specifications, user guides, and support materials.

Required Skills:

• 810 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps , Power

Automate.

• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and automation best practices.

• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and connectors.

• Basic knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and data manipulation.

• Experience with error handling, conditional logic, and looping constructs in

flows.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
