SQL / Data handling
Power Automate (basic workflows)

We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Lead who has strong expertise in building enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Model-driven apps with Dataverse. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical skills along with experience in leading a small team of developers.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Model-driven and Canvas apps using Power Apps and Dataverse.
Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and role-based security.
Write SQL queries for data extraction, integration, or migration.
Lead and mentor a small team of Power Platform developers.
Coordinate with stakeholders on requirement gathering and solution design.
Review code, conduct unit testing and ensure best practices are followed.
Integrate Power Apps with APIs, SQL Server, SharePoint or other data sources.
Build workflows and automations using Power Automate.
Manage project timelines, task allocation and ensure on-time delivery.
Troubleshoot performance issues and enhance existing Power Apps solutions.

Required Skills

5+ years of professional experience in Power Apps development
Strong experience in Model-driven apps and Dataverse
Strong SQL knowledge (joins, queries, procedures)
Understanding of Power Automate, REST connectors, integration methods
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
