Power Apps Developer

Must Have Skills

• Power Apps (Model-driven apps and Canvas apps)
• Microsoft Dataverse
• SQL / Data handling
• Power Automate (basic workflows)
  

We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Lead who has strong expertise in building enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Model-driven apps with Dataverse. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical skills along with experience in leading a small team of developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Model-driven and Canvas apps using Power Apps and Dataverse.
  
• Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and role-based security.
  
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, integration, or migration.
  
• Lead and mentor a small team of Power Platform developers.
  
• Coordinate with stakeholders on requirement gathering and solution design.
  
• Review code, conduct unit testing and ensure best practices are followed.
  
• Integrate Power Apps with APIs, SQL Server, SharePoint or other data sources.
  
• Build workflows and automations using Power Automate.
  
• Manage project timelines, task allocation and ensure on-time delivery.
  
• Troubleshoot performance issues and enhance existing Power Apps solutions.
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Power Apps development
  
• Strong experience in Model-driven apps and Dataverse
  
• Strong SQL knowledge (joins, queries, procedures)
  
• Understanding of Power Automate, REST connectors, integration methods
  
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
  
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
