Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable applications using Power Platform, Power Automate, .NET, SQL Server, and Pega following best architectural and coding practices.
• Build high-quality, maintainable, and test-covered solutions ensuring smooth deployment across cloud and on-premises setups.
• Design, develop, and integrate APIs and automation workflows leveraging Power Automate, Pega, and cloud-native services for seamless system interoperability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex implementation and deployment issues across both Microsoft and Pega ecosystems.
• Develop and automate unit/system test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Translate business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable technical solutionsparticularly for payment processing and enterprise integrations.
• Leverage Agentic AI, analytics, and automation to enhance workflow intelligence within Pega and Microsoft platforms.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to prototype and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Maintain architecture artifacts, reference models, and documentation for solutions spanning Power Platform, Pega, Azure, and cloud ecosystems.
• Implement monitoring and observability capabilities to ensure proactive issue detection and optimal application performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in Pega, Power Platform, AI, and Cloud Computing, integrating new best practices into development workflows.
  

Required Skills

• 57 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), .NET, and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of database design, schema development, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in developing scalable, secure enterprise applications across hybrid environments.
• Experience with API design, integration, and system interoperability with some exposure to Pega development.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Knowledge of secure payments processing, database encryption, and compliance standards.
• Experience using monitoring and observability tools for system health and performance tracking.
• Exposure to AI, analytics, and workflow automation for process optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or Pega preferred.
