Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering business solutions using Power Platform, with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Flows, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI, and AI Builder/Co-Pilot. Develop custom web pages, extensions, and solutions and act as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Power Platform for both internal and external stakeholders. Design, architect, and develop custom scalable solutions on Power Platform and AI builder models, ensuring best practices and alignment with business objectives. Provide direction to internal project teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of quality work and guiding troubleshooting and solution strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technical solutions with their strategic goals, producing technical and software specification documentation to facilitate solution implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs, while promoting the creation and adoption of reusable assets. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 4 years focused on Power Platform technologies. Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI. Experience with Power Platform governance, security, and administration. Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Certifications: PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (Required) PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (Good to have)
