1. Education & Experience

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Chemical Engineering
  
• OR B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
  
• OR Diploma in Paint / Surface Coating Technology
  
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in Powder Coating operations (Auto / Manual)
• Hands-on experience with:
  
• Automatic powder coating systems (auto guns, reciprocators)
  
• Auto spray & pretreatment (PT) lines
  
• RO / DM water treatment plant operations
  

2. Job / Work Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day powder coating and pretreatment line operations as per SOPs
  
• Oversee bath preparation, bath maintenance, chemical dosing, discard & renewal
  
• Schedule

  daily / weekly production & maintenance activities

• Supervise powder coating team and allocate manpower accordingly
  
• Ensure production targets are met — both

  quality & quantity

• Maintain smooth operation of

  automatic powder coating systems and pre-treatment lines

• Monitor and manage stock of

  powder, chemicals, consumables & tools

• Handle customer complaints, quality issues and provide timely resolutions
  
• Conduct manpower training on safety, coating processes & SOP adherence
  
• Plan and execute

  sample testing & quality inspections

  as per standards
• Maintain production, quality, chemical usage logs and daily reports
  
• Manage

  jig design, maintenance, cleaning, hook replacement/cleaning, touch-ups and TTR

  activities

3. Shift & Working Details

• Working Hours: 8-hour shifts
  
• Working Days: (Example – Monday to Saturday)
  
• Number of Positions:
