About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly skilled Nutritionist with a specialisation in postpartum recovery and C-section weight loss. In this role, you will work closely with new mothers, guiding them through safe, sustainable weight loss strategies and nutritional healing during the delicate post-cesarean period. Your work will empower women to regain strength, energy, and body confidence while prioritising health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess nutritional needs of postpartum clients, particularly those recovering from C-section births.

* Create personalised meal plans that promote healing, support breastfeeding (if applicable), and encourage gradual, healthy weight loss.

* Provide education on key postpartum nutrients (iron, calcium, protein, etc.) to support tissue repair and energy balance.

* Monitor client progress and adapt plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery and realistic fitness goals.

* Offer emotional support and realistic counselling for body image, hormonal shifts, and self-care.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest research on maternal nutrition, C-section healing, and safe weight loss practices.

Qualifications:

1. Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from recognised bodies like

2. Basic Nutrition Certification like ENU level 1, GFFI 

3. Pre & Postnatal Fitness Certification 

4. C-Section Recovery Specific Training
