Job Description

As a PostgreSQL Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the following: - Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in PostgreSQL Administration - Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL concepts, including advanced SQL, PL/pgSQL programming, and database internals - Proven expertise in query fine-tuning, performance analysis, and optimization techniques - Strong understanding of database architecture, normalization, indexing, and partitioning - Experience with high-availability solutions, replication, and disaster recovery mechanisms - Hands-on experience with database monitoring tools and methodologies - Ability to create engaging, accurate, and structured educational content for technical audiences - Strong communication skills to deliver complex concepts in an understandable manner - Familiarity with cloud-based database services and deployments (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure Database for PostgreSQL) - Knowledge of security best practices in database development and management Please note that the job location is in Chennai and the mode of work is from the office.,
