Post Merger Integration Senior Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst in the Post Merger Integration team at Accenture, you will be a part of the Corporate Development (CD) - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) division. Your primary responsibility will be to provide Project Management Office (PMO) support for Post Merger Integration (PMI) leads in various regions. You will play a crucial role in driving seamless integration and synergies to enable Accenture's growth and provide value to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Support the PMI lead on all aspects of Integration. - Understand and execute key milestones and tasks related to the assigned Integration. - Deliver high-quality output on all assigned deliverables based on inputs from PMI leads. - Work independently on standard activities and leverage learnings from other integrations. - Assist in creating PMI project materials such as Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), review decks, and other artifacts. - Actively participate and contribute to key meetings and engagement activities. - Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management collaboration tools. - Showcase expertise in project management skills and PMI technicalities.
