Portfolio Valuations Associate Consultant

As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include identifying comparable companies and transactions to derive value ranges for the subject company. You will be tasked with calculating the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), which involves extracting the peer group beta, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Intrinsic Equity (DIE), among others. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing information request lists and question lists. Your role will also involve setting up valuation models based on business plans and inputs collected from the engagement team. You will be expected to perform financial and operational benchmarking to ensure accurate assessments. Furthermore, you will contribute to writing sections of valuation reports and memos to communicate findings effectively.,
