Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in Retail Banking at Standard Chartered, your role involves digitalizing all the NTB/ETB accounts of the portfolio to activate clients to the S2B platform. Meeting clients regularly to assess customer performance, debtors" stretch, and potential enhancement opportunities is crucial. It is essential to ensure OPAC criteria are met, including quarterly churning in accounts, tracking HV transactions, and proactively informing clients if churning is not routing through us. Additionally, you will be responsible for revenue generated from the sale of working capital products from NTB and ETB clients, achieving monthly business targets, and onboarding NTB clients where there is potential for Trade and Bundles FX. You will also handle a portion of Liability Accounts, focusing on revenue through FX, balances, and cross-selling. Your key responsibilities include a 100% commitment to the code of conduct, timely completion of mandatory e-learnings, and displaying exemplary conduct in line with the bank's values and code of conduct. You will be expected to take personal responsibility for embedding high ethical standards, compliance with laws, regulations, and the group code of conduct, and effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters. In terms of qualifications, a graduate degree is required for this role.
