Job Description

Role Type: Individual Contributor reporting to Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture the existing merchant portfolio assigned from the mall portfolio.
  • Conduct regular merchant visits to strengthen relationships and ensure service quality.
  • Generate additional POS terminals on a month-on-month basis to drive business growth.
  • Achieve a minimum of 5% incremental growth in transaction throughput.
  • Cross-sell banking and financial products such as General Insurance and Asset/Business Loans.
  • Ensure activation of at least 5 merchants month-on-month (MoM) to maintain portfolio productivity.
  • Address merchant queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of merchant satisfaction.
  • Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for increased usage and revenue.

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets
  • Knowledge of POS terminals, merchant acquiring, and payment solutions
  • Ability to cross-sell financial products

Willingness to travel for merchant visits
