In the role of Data File Enablement (DFE) Team member, you will be part of an exciting and fast-paced team that delivers complex changes to existing client corporate programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing Corporate Client Program and Global expense reports in coordination with various stakeholders - Providing consultation to corporate clients on program build and data configuration procedures - Analyzing external sources of information on Lexis Nexis, D&B, SOS, and Cornerstone - Understanding KYC processes in US, EMEA, and APAC regions - Reviewing all AmEx relationships at Obligor level - Driving innovation and change by identifying trends for better customer experience - Conducting data analysis, presentation, and report/dashboard creation - Consulting account managers for insights and recommendations - Bringing continuous improvement to processes with innovative thinking To be successful in this role, you should have: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of languages like Python & SQL and tools like Dbeaver, Cornerstone, etc. - Understanding of Corporate T&E and B2B AmEx products - Deep knowledge of AXP user access management policies - Data interpretation, visualization, and reporting skills - Stakeholder and client management abilities - Proven ability to learn new skills in a technical environment - Strong flexibility to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of analytical experience in a Customer Servicing environment Additionally, you should: - Be a team player with excellent communication skills in English - Have the ability to work in flexible shifts in a 24-Hour environment - Have a combined performance rating of 4 or better in the last review American Express values its colleagues and offers benefits that support holistic well-being, including competitive salaries, bonus incentives, financial support, medical benefits, flexible working arrangements, parental leave policies, wellness programs, career development, and more.
