Portfolio Lead

As an experienced delivery manager, your role will involve ensuring quality deliverables that meet client expectations. You will actively solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure that the project team can develop solutions that address the customers" real needs. Your focus will be on minimizing requirement defects upfront and establishing and maintaining agreement between the customer and project team on the requirements for the project deliverables. In addition, you will manage multiple priorities, customer expectations, and relationships with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with customers, project managers, and all levels of management. - Meet and collaborate with project business sponsors, software end-users, applications development staff, and other stakeholders as necessary to perform assignments. - Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to actively solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements. - Obtain signoff on business requirements. - Solicit input from developers and technical staff to determine the level of effort required to complete tasks and from the business community to define scope. - Assist with project planning, including methods, processes, tasks, and schedules. - Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.
