Portfolio Lead

As an experienced delivery manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality project deliverables that meet client expectations. Your role will involve actively soliciting, analyzing, and negotiating customer requirements to develop solutions that address the customers" real needs. It is crucial to minimize requirement defects upfront and establish clear agreements between the customer and the project team regarding project deliverables. In this position, you will manage multiple priorities, customer expectations, and relationships with all stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, project managers, and management at all levels will be a key aspect of your role. You will collaborate with project business sponsors, software end-users, applications development staff, and other relevant parties to successfully execute assignments. Conducting meetings with business stakeholders to gather requirements effectively and obtain signoff on business requirements will be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with developers and technical staff to assess the level of effort needed for tasks, while also engaging with the business community to define project scope. Additionally, you will assist in project planning by defining methods, processes, tasks, and schedules. Demonstrating a strong commitment to the Company's core values will be essential in this role.
