Job Description

Role Overview: Addepar is a global technology and data company dedicated to helping investment professionals offer informed guidance to their clients. As part of the Addepar Data Management & Quality team, the Portfolio Data Ops team plays a crucial role in ensuring clients receive accurate and timely data. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing portfolio transactions, conducting verification checks, and addressing data-related inquiries. This position requires constant communication with financial data providers, clients, and colleagues across the company. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily internal verification checks to guarantee accuracy and timely availability of client portfolio data - Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, data feed processing exceptions, and escalate when necessary - Respond to data-related inquiries from clients, Sales, Services organizations, and external data partners promptly - Assist regional counterparts with operational workflows and projects - Maintain team resources, procedural documentation, and accurately record metrics for internal analytics - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements and tooling enhancements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with a strong understanding of capital markets, trade processing, and middle/back-office operations systems - Strong attention to detail and meticulous execution of processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external data partners - Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm under pressure - Team-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and forward-thinking - Availability to work flexible hours - Technical skills preferred in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SQL, Salesforce, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other financial services systems and applications Company Additional Details: Addepar values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, striving to bring together a variety of perspectives and identities to drive innovation.
