Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Operations Manager based in Mumbai, with some work from home flexibility. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, handling logistics, supporting event planning, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Operations Management, logistics, and project coordination skills Performance tracking, data analysis, and metric reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in supporting event planning and execution Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
