What You'll Do

• Host engaging podcast episodes, engage with guests in meaningful, energetic, and insightful conversations centered around startups, funding, founder journeys, tech gossip, and disruptive ideas
• Convert long-form conversations into viral-worthy momentsthink hot takes, quotable lines, or short clips that trend
• Research founders, VC firms, recent fundraises, tech news and startup trends to ask the right questions, spark unexpected insights, and create viral content
• Work closely with the content and production teams to plan episode formats, scripts and viral hooks
• Record sharp intro/outros, snippets, and teasers that stop the scroll
• Stay on top of the startup and funding world to make the show always relevant and timely
• Collaborate with social media, marketing teams to turn episodes into high-performing content across platforms (Reels, Shorts, X, LinkedIn)
• Suggest creative ways to grow the podcasts reach, virality, and media presence

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience hosting a podcast, YouTube channel, or live show
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystemfunding rounds, venture capital, tech news, and founder culture
• Strong storytelling and interviewing skills with the ability to extract viral soundbites from guests
• Natural on-mic presence with a conversational, high-energy style
• Creative thinker who knows what type of content travels fast and why
• Passionate about breaking down complex ideas into fun, digestible content
• Youve created content that has gone viral or sparked conversation in the startup world
• Familiarity with tools like Riverside, Descript, Notion, CapCut, etc.
• You're active on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or other platforms where founders hang out
• You’ve previously worked in a startup, VC firm, or media company
