Role Summary

Own the 10-Day Sprint: define the Outcome Charter, run daily stand-ups, remove blockers, enforce scope, track KPIs, and deliver the Day-10 demo and handover.

Responsibilities

• Define Outcome Charter (KPIs, acceptance criteria)
• Run stand-ups, clear blockers, and publish daily KPI digest
• Coordinate specialists; manage scope freeze after Day 6
• Deliver Day-10 demo and Handover Playbook

Requirements

• 3–6 yrs in product/growth/ops (hospitality or service sectors a plus)
• Track record of shipping measurable results fast
• Excellent English and leadership presence

Contract & Compensation

• Training Phase (November)

  : USD $600 fixed stipend

• Operational Phase (Dec+)

  : USD $800–$1,000 monthly equivalent + attractive performance bonuses

• Promotion

  : Eligible for permanent Lead after 60–90 days (based on KPIs)
