About the Role We’re onboarding a Data / MLOps & BI Analyst — a hands-on professional who connects data sources, tracks key metrics, and publishes daily insights that show proof of progress. You’ll work across service-based industries including Hospitality, Beauty & Wellness, and Services , providing the analytics foundation for 10-Day Outcome Sprints. What You’ll Do Build KPI dashboards (Google Sheets, Notion, or Looker Studio). Automate data collection using webhooks or API connectors. Monitor key metrics such as bookings, conversion rates, and occupancy. Set up alert systems for anomalies or drift. Produce concise, actionable daily digests for Pod Leads. Requirements 2+ years in analytics, operations, or BI reporting. Strong command of Google Sheets / Excel; basic SQL or GA4 knowledge is a plus. Experience with automation (Zapier, Make) preferred. Excellent written English for short insight summaries.
