PMO SENIOR

As a Consulting Support Services Senior at EY, you will play a crucial role in enabling Consulting Project teams" efficiency and delivery through key project management and coordination activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing reports using excel and power BI - Contributing to automation using technologies like VBA, Python, Power Automate, and Power Apps - Performing project management activities such as financial management, pricing scenario modeling, budget vs. spend tracking, invoicing, project planning, and collection and tracking of deliverables - Training and supervising staff level team members - Setting up/structuring instances of PM tools and managing development lifecycle - Reporting and preparing Dashboards for client team including senior leadership - Preparing and managing RAID logs, Stakeholder register, etc. - Working with applications like excel, Power Point, Power Bi, SharePoint, etc. - Acting as a central point of contact for the assigned project(s) and managing the communication plan - Being insightful about the services the project provides and utilizing that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations - Supporting quality and risk management, managing documentation - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment - Developing strong working relationships and leveraging information gained to anticipate client needs To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Any Graduate, preferably B. Com/BBA/Economics or masters degree - Good to have CSM/PSM, CAPM/Prince2/PMP or Project Management Fundamentals certification - Previous relevant industry or project management experience of 3-5 yrs - Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft suit (Excel, power point presentation, etc.) - Must have skills Power BI, Power apps, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint - Experience with JIRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc. - Experience of Agile project management, understanding of Product backlog, EPIC & User stories, etc. - VBA, Python, Uipath, etc. - Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps exp. - Strong English communication - both written and verbal - Strong analytical/numerical skills, attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks - Confident, Assertive, with strong communication and influencing skills - Prior experience working with Global cliental required - Self-starter, excellent team player, organized and self-disciplined.
