Job Description

Customer Success Focus : The CSM will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 customers, ensuring product support and driving customer satisfaction. A key responsibility will be maintaining SLA compliance and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions. Sales Funnel Management : The CSM will work closely with sales to manage the customer funnel, ensuring that leads and opportunities are tracked and nurtured through the sales process. Marketing and Sales Collaboration : The CSM will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive engagement and customer retention, helping to increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collection & Revenue : A critical aspect of the CSM role will be ensuring that the money owed by customers is collected, with a focus on confirming whether the revenue is hitting the bank. The CSM will monitor the financial performance and ensure timely revenue collection. Monthly Data and Escalations : The CSM will be responsible for maintaining monthly data and reporting, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly. They will also be the primary front-end resource for escalations, handling any customer concerns or issues that require immediate attention. Compliance & Business Revenue : The CSM will also play a key role in ensuring quarterly business revenue targets are met across all 40 customers. They need to drive business outcomes, focusing on both customer satisfaction and overall revenue generation. Delivery & Sales | Functional : The CSM will collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure customer projects are progressing smoothly and aligning with customer needs. They will also need to collaborate with sales teams to ensure that functional expectations are met from both the customer and company perspectives.
