This role is pivotal in supporting the PMO by enabling data-driven decision-making, streamlining project operations, and enhancing tool capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing talent transitions, project tracking, and operational support.Experience : 5-6 YearsLocation: BangaloreMode of Work: Full TimeKey Responsibilities :
- Tool Implementation & Optimization
- Implement, maintain, and optimize project management tools and dashboards.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through advanced reporting and analytics.
- Continuously improve PM tools, automation processes, and methodologies.
- Data & Systems Support
- Analyze account, project, and resource data to generate actionable insights.
- Provide system functionality, support and data management expertise across tools.
- Project Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate talent onboarding/offboarding and support transitions within client accounts.
- Work with BizOps, RMG, HR, and Contracts teams for seamless project execution.
- Manage client onboarding documentation (MSA, SOW, PO Approvals, etc.).
- Reporting & Communication
- Create talent and project reports; maintain dashboards using internal and client tools.
- Collaborate with Timesheet Owners to track status updates.
- Support Finance with billing and invoicing requirements.
Mandatory Skills and Qualification :
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent stakeholder management (internal teams, clients, TechEd, etc.)
- Attention to detail and time management
- Uphold PMO values: Trust, Respect, Accountability, Transparency
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in any discipline (required)
- Masters Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Good To Have Skills :
Experience with any of the following tools is highly desirable:
- Beeline, WorkDay, FieldGlass, ZOHO (Nice to have)
- Strong MS Excel, reporting, and data visualization skills preferred
