Position- BIM MEP Modeler

Location- Kolkata/Noida

Plumbing Modeler- 10

Working days- Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop LOD 300 to LOD 500 models.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines.
• Participate in clash detection.
• Revise and update models.

Skills: BIM modeling, collaboration, attention to detail.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering; proficiency in BIM software.
