PLUMBING MANAGER

As a Plumbing Manager at Kilabakkam Bus Stand, your primary responsibility will be managing plumbing operations to ensure the smooth functioning of plumbing systems. You will lead a team of plumbers and collaborate with other departments to fulfill facility management requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage plumbing projects to ensure timely completion - Supervise the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems - Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of plumbing materials - Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve plumbing issues - Train and mentor junior plumbers to enhance their skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing - Experience in the Facility Management industry is an added advantage - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Valid plumbing license/certification Please note that this position is open for male candidates only.
