As an Automation Engineer, your role involves developing, modifying, and troubleshooting PLC programs for various systems such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, and Schneider. You will be responsible for designing and configuring HMI/SCADA screens and conducting testing and commissioning of automation systems at plant or client sites. Your expertise in understanding electrical control circuits, panel wiring, and instrumentation layout will be crucial in diagnosing faults and providing technical support for breakdown issues. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for different systems. - Design and configure HMI/SCADA screens. - Perform testing and commissioning of automation systems at plant or client sites. - Understand electrical control circuits, panel wiring, and instrumentation layout. - Diagnose faults and provide technical support for breakdown issues. - Coordinate with project and maintenance teams for smooth operations. - Create and maintain documentation including wiring diagrams, manuals, and program backups. - Ensure compliance with safety and company standards while working on equipment. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of PLC Logic & Ladder Programming. - Knowledge of HMI/SCADA development. - Basic understanding of VFDs, Sensors, Relays & Control Panels. - BTech. in Electrical Engineering.
