Handling PLC Programming for standard & non-standard chiller jobs
Prepare and maintain a standard PLC program library
Each program to have unique nomenclature / identification number
Maintain control logic write-up, set-point list, and hardware list for every program
Ensure that all PLC & HMI hardware is:
Purchased centrally at Noida
Program downloaded, tested, and verified
Inspection report filed in job file including:
PLC / HMI model
Hardware serial numbers
Program version / serial number
Develop and implement PLC logic for automatic chiller stop after defined time
Actively involved in testing & commissioning of Emerson Variable Speed Chillers
Participate in machine testing with respect to:
PLC logic
Control philosophy
Sensor & actuator response
Interlocks and safety logic
Coordinate with design, service, and commissioning teams
PLC Programming (preferably Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider)
HMI development & integration
Strong knowledge of Chiller Controls & HVAC Systems
Experience with Variable Speed Drives (VFDs), especially Emerson
Control logic development & documentation
Testing & commissioning exposure
Good troubleshooting skills
