Job Title: PLC Programmer (Fresher – 2 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PLC Programmer with up to 2 years of experience or freshers with relevant training/certifications in PLC programming and robotics. The candidate will assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of PLC-based automation systems for industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in programming, testing, and debugging of PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Delta etc.)Read and interpret electrical schematics, P& IDs, and wiring diagramsCollaborate with senior engineers in developing HMI/SCADA interfacesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to control panels, PLC logic, and field sensors/actuatorsSupport the installation and commissioning of automation equipment at client or plant locationsMaintain documentation related to code, wiring diagrams, and project logs
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of PLC architecture and ladder logicHands-on experience or training with one or more PLC platforms (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta etc.)Familiarity with HMI/SCADAKnowledge of industrial communication protocols (MODBUS, PROFIBUS, Ethernet/IP, etc.)Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields Certifications Preferred: Certified course in PLC. Programming / Robotics / Industrial Automation.
Certified training in PLC Programming or Industrial Robotics.Internship or academic project related to industrial automation.Exposure to robotic arms or automation tools.Willingness to travel for site support or commissioning.
