Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) and provide accurate information about the school and its offerings
• Counsel prospective parents and students about the admission process, curriculum, and school facilities
• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely communication
• Conduct school tours and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of new students
• Participate in school promotional activities, events, and parent meetings

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and presentation abilities
• Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry
• Organized, goal-driven, and proactive
