## What You'll Do

• Modernize and maintain our infrastructure on AWS and drive infrastructure cost optimization initiatives.
• Build and improve our testing and deployment platform applications to improve developer productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team platform engineers keeping their learning and growth in mind.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and define technical roadmaps to fulfil those requirements.
• Establish engineering best practices and coding standards
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and high agency

## What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Strong Python programming skills. Hands-on experience of shell-scripting on linux based systems.
• Deep AWS experience with services like EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Experience with cost optimization and resource management in cloud environments
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering team growth
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic planning
• High ownership - folks who take initiative and drive projects to completion.
