Platform Billing Analyst

Your role at ChargePoint will involve drafting and issuing communications to internal and external customers, reviewing DMS customer account setups, performing key reconciliations between various business systems, maintaining key performance indicators for driving improvement and efficiency, evaluating processes for automation opportunities, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal control policies and procedures. You will also need to work extended hours during critical periods and demonstrate a strong work ethic. To qualify for this position, you should be able to work during US hours, have at least 3 years of billing experience, possess proficient time management and workload efficiency skills, be detail-oriented, work well in a dynamic environment, and have excellent organizational skills. Additionally, you should have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be motivated with a results-oriented work ethic.
