Job Description


  • Development of plastic waste management frameworks, including segregation, recycling, and safe disposal practices.
  • Planning and implementing Block Plastic Waste Management Units (BPWMUs) in rural settings.
  • Preparation of design estimates and drawings of MRF/PWM unit structures and related structures.
  • Developing tenders and quotations of PWM machineries
  • Strong understanding of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) frameworks and their application.
  • Designing of innovative IEC and community outreach activities for PWM
  • Develop and implement forward linkages for Multi-Layer Plastics (MLPs), Single-Use Plastics (SUPs) and other plastics
  • Monitoring, documenting, and analyzing the operation of plastic waste management units.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement, training, and capacity-building initiatives related to plastic waste management.
