Responsibilities: - Leads and establishes technical priorities within the project team. - Defines technical specifications for equipment when consulting new projects and provides recommendations for future plastic parts. - Identifies and updates all irregularities found in parts under development at suppliers. - Anticipates the transfer of production files with optimized process parameters for manufacturing within the plants transversally. - Proposes improvements for a product/process based on test results to enhance quality, cost, time, and productivity. - Oversees and manages areas under responsibility, focusing on continuous improvement. - Validates equipment and processes based on various results. - Provides critical opinions on suppliers" proposals to ensure process compatibility with materials used. - Validates compatibility of new materials according to the applied process. - Assists in resolving technical feasibility issues and monitors process recommendations. - Aims to assess and mitigate planning risks. - Verifies and monitors the implementation of recommendations in the design of plastic parts" processes. - Organizes recurring meetings with all departments impacted by the process. - Establishes and validates new standards and procedures. - Conducts studies to gain a better understanding of the process and react quickly to emerging issues. - Analyzes parts and equipment behavior to contribute to potential process improvements. - Develops action plans to enhance process robustness. - May be involved in equipment design topics for mass production and parts. - Defines action plans to resolve issues in collaboration with leaders and designers. - Provides project feedback at the end of the project regarding technical notes, equipment MAP, specification changes, etc. Qualifications: - B.E. or Diploma in Plastics Essential Skills: - Automotive experience, project management, CATIA knowledge Desired Skills: - Good communication, negotiation skills, ability to work in a team Experience: - 3-6 years Benefits: - Collaborative working environment - Continuous learning opportunities provided by our Learning & Leadership Development team - Opportunity to work with top-tier companies and provide impactful solutions to customers.,
