Sales & Marketing Manager – Plastic Recycling Granules (PP, PVC, LD, HDPE, ABS )

We are a plastic recycling company specializing in PP, PVC, LD, HDPE, and ABS granules. Our mission is to provide high-quality recycled plastics to manufacturers and traders while expanding our market presence.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager who can combine technical knowledge of plastics with strong sales and marketing skills.

The role involves promoting our recycled granules, generating new business, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a field + office role with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market PP, PVC, LD, HDPE, ABS, and other recycled granules to potential clients.
• Identify and approach manufacturers, traders, and plastic product companies to generate sales.
• Explain technical details and applications of recycled plastics to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Provide market feedback on demand, pricing, and competition.
• Coordinate with the factory team for order execution and timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Science / Engineering / BBA / MBA preferred).
• 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or plastics industry .
• Knowledge of plastic polymers and recycling processes .
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly in the market.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
