Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you should have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience with a degree in B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil engineering. Your role will involve hands-on engineering knowledge and experience in the field of Sea/River Water Intake/Outfall systems for plant/municipal usage, both in India and abroad. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of RFQ documents for offshore/onshore topographic & bathymetric survey, climate/Hydrometeorology, marine survey, and hydrology data such as wave & tidal studies, current, and sediment transportation. - Interpretation of survey data/reports, EIA study, thermal dispersion study, and preparation/interpretation of various mathematical models like Thermal recirculation, Hydraulic & Sediment modeling. - Preparation of various options with cost analysis and final selection of appropriate water intake/discharge system, layout preparation, and hydraulic/physical/structural design using commercial software. - Ensuring compliance with navigational aspects, local statutory requirements, marine life safety, shoreline protection, breakwater design, erosion protection, soil improvement, dredging work, etc. - Addressing special design requirements for sub-marine pipelines, access bridges, and having sound knowledge in Construction enabling works like sheet piling, cofferdam, well sinking for offshore/onshore construction/installation processes to support project execution. The company may require you to have knowledge and experience in Construction enabling works like sheet piling, cofferdam, well sinking, etc., as part of offshore/onshore construction/installation projects.,
