Plant Supervisor

Plant Shift Incharge:

• Review customer order requirements and resource planning for the orders.
• Prepare Report and Presentations of Production as required.
• Ensure usage of calibrated Instrument only for measurement.
• Ensure immediate withdrawal of any measuring instrument if found damage.
• Inform the known the shortages of RM / outside process material / Consumables etc. to material & plant team.
• Reporting of daily production activities to the production manager.
• Assign activities to the operators as per their skills, availability, and order requirements.
• Ensure conformity of all the machines used for production.
• Maintain all records of production / inspection / others as per requirement.
• Ensure dispatch of final product as per customer requirement.
• Issue of raw materials to operators as per requirements and maintain stock card.
• Ensure all materials are properly stored and identified.
• Training need identification for the operators and on the job trainings.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
