Plant Shift Incharge: Review customer order requirements and resource planning for the orders. Prepare Report and Presentations of Production as required. Ensure usage of calibrated Instrument only for measurement. Ensure immediate withdrawal of any measuring instrument if found damage. Inform the known the shortages of RM / outside process material / Consumables etc. to material & plant team. Reporting of daily production activities to the production manager. Assign activities to the operators as per their skills, availability, and order requirements. Ensure conformity of all the machines used for production. Maintain all records of production / inspection / others as per requirement. Ensure dispatch of final product as per customer requirement. Issue of raw materials to operators as per requirements and maintain stock card. Ensure all materials are properly stored and identified. Training need identification for the operators and on the job trainings.
