Job Title: Senior Operator – MBR Based ETP/STP

Location: Barbil/Joda, Odisha (Mining Area)

Role: FTC Payroll Full Time

Experience: Min. 3 Years of experience on MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor) Based STP/ETP

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Operator to manage and services of our MBR-based STP/ETP. You will oversee operations, chemical treatment, and maintenance to ensure zero-downtime and environmental compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Plant Operations: Manage MBR (Veolia/Toray), DAF, Aeration, and biological processes.
• RO & Filtration: Operate RO, UF, and DM plants, including CIP, backwashing, and resin regeneration.
• Chemical Control: Optimize dosing (Alum, Lime, PAC) via jar tests to meet pH, TSS, and TDS standards.
• Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on pumps, blowers, valves, and mechanical seals.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce HSE protocols, manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems, and handle hazardous chemicals safely.
• Documentation: Maintain daily shift logs, chemical consumption records, and SAP entries.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: Proven operation of MBR-based plants with DAF systems.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Membrane tech (Veolia/Toray), RO, MEE, and ZLD.
• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with PLC Scada and SAP (Maintenance module).
• Maintenance: Strong ability to troubleshoot rotating equipment and instrumentation.
• Personality: Disciplined, safety-conscious, and punctual.
