Plant Operator (RMC)

Job Summary:

A Cone Crusher and Thickener Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling large industrial machines used to crush materials such as rocks and minerals, and to separate solids from liquids in slurries. This role ensures efficient and safe operations, maintains equipment, and troubleshoots any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation:

Safely start, run, and shut down the cone crusher and thickener equipment.

• Monitoring:

Continuously monitor equipment performance, pressure, temperature, and material feed to ensure optimal operation.

• Quality Control:

Adjust crusher settings (like the closed side setting (CSS)) and other parameters to meet desired product specifications.

• Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the equipment to ensure continuous operation.

• Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve mechanical or operational issues promptly to minimize downtim

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
