As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining chemical plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor chemical production equipment and machinery.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

- Conduct routine inspections and report any issues to supervisors.

- Assist in the implementation of quality control measures.

- Record operational data and prepare daily reports.

- Work closely with the production team to ensure optimal plant performance.

- Troubleshoot minor issues with equipment and machinery.

- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Education: BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, ITI (AOCP) or a related field.

- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply (0-1 year experience).

- Basic understanding of chemical processes and equipment operations.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Skills and Competencies:
