Plant operator cum technician

As a Dairy Plant Operator at our dairy plant in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality dairy products. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining various dairy processing equipment, such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and filling machines. It will be your duty to perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment to ensure efficient operation and compliance with hygiene standards. Additionally, you will monitor and adjust processing parameters to maintain product quality and consistency while conducting quality control tests on dairy products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Keeping detailed production records, troubleshooting operational issues promptly, and adhering to safety protocols are also key aspects of your role. Collaboration with team members to meet production targets and deadlines, as well as assisting with packaging and storage of finished products, will be essential. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certification being a plus. Previous experience in a dairy processing plant or similar environment is preferred, along with knowledge of dairy processing equipment and operations. Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve operational problems are crucial.
