Plant manager

Job Description: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers" expectations. You will also play a crucial role in increasing production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Your role will involve being accountable for production output, product quality, and ensuring on-time shipping. Additionally, you will allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to achieve optimal results. Monitoring operations closely and implementing corrective actions when necessary will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to collect and analyze data in order to identify areas of waste or overtime and commit to plant safety procedures. Addressing employees" issues or grievances in a timely manner will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be involved in creating and maintaining various reports for the management and overseeing the maintenance of equipment and building.
