The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all dairy fermented products especially
yoghurt manufacturing activities, ensuring smooth operations, quality control, production
efficiency, safety compliance, and team management. The role demands strong leadership
with a deep understanding of dairy/yoghurt production processes.
B.Tech Diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Technology
812 years of relevant experience in dairy/yoghurt/FMCG manufacturing; minimum 3
Strong exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and FSSAI norms
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Should know local language
